Deposits & full payments

  • A deposit of 50% of total booking is to be paid immediately by credit card to secure a booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
  • Full payment is due prior to arrival date or paid on arrival by credit card or cash.
  • Deposit payment by cheque, cash, money order, or direct deposit CAN BE ARRANGED, payable within 7 days.
  • Arrangement can be made for balance to be paid on check-in, providing credit card details are supplied or by cash.
  • You are welcome to phone us to discuss any queries regarding payment or deposits.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival: deposit is refundable, less $60.00 administration fee.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival: the deposit and full payment are refunded less $60.00 administration fee ONLY if another booking fills the dates cancelled by you.
  • No-shows: the deposit is retained by The Black Dolphin.

Children and animals

  • No children or animals in the The Beach Penthouse.
  • Other properties, children most welcome.
  • Sorry, NO PUPPIES ARE PERMITTED in any of our properties.
